2. Order Acceptance, Rejection & Cancellation Policy

  • Grounds for Order Cancellation: Reasons for order cancellation by the Seller include, but are not limited to:

  • Technical glitches, typographical errors, or system errors resulting in incorrect pricing or details.
  • Inability to verify customer contact or payment information.
  • Identification of potential fraud, unauthorized transaction, or suspicious activity.
  • Delivery locations that are unserviceable by our courier/logistics partners.
  • Limitation of Liability on Cancellation: If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, our sole liability is limited strictly to refunding the exact amount collected for the canceled order. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within standard bank processing timelines. We shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or compensatory damages arising from such cancellations.

  • Payment Processing: Payments must be made via our authorized third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We are not responsible for transaction failures caused by banking or gateway server issues.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Force Majeure

  • Estimated Timelines: Delivery times specified on the Website or order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Logistics & Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss/damage pass to the Buyer upon handover of the product to the third-party courier or logistics partner.
  • Force Majeure: Cognivibe Livings shall not be held liable or responsible for delays, non-delivery, or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”). These include, but are not limited to:

6. Returns, Replacement & Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To protect our business against fraudulent claims and ensure transparent resolutions, we enforce a strict Return and Replacement Policy:

A. Mandatory Continuous Unboxing Video

  • Mandatory Requirement: To claim a return, refund, or replacement for *damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products, the Buyer *MUST provide an uninterrupted, single-take, start-to-finish unboxing video.
  • Video Specifications:
  • The video must clearly show the courier parcel with the outer shipping label legible before opening.
  • The video must show the opening of the box and complete inspection of the product in a single continuous shot with no cuts, edits, or pauses.
  • Claims without a valid continuous unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

B. Return Window & Conditions

  • Notification Period: Any issue regarding damage, defect, or incorrect items must be reported to support@cognivibelivings.in within 7 calendar days of delivery, accompanied by the unboxing video and order details.
  • Product Condition: Items approved for return must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging, complete with all original tags, boxes, manuals, and accessories.
  • Rejection Grounds: We reserve the right to reject return requests if:
  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or physical modification.
  • Original packaging or tags are missing.
  • The return request is made after the 7-day window.
  • Damage is caused due to post-delivery mishandling by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this Website—including but not limited to logos, trademarks, page layout, graphics, product images, text descriptions, software code, and UI design—is the exclusive intellectual property of Cognivibe Livings.
